It is no secret that I enjoy going out to the pubs, bars and clubs and having a drink or two or million. It is rough economy out there and I wanted to help out my fellow drunkards who live in Los Angeles. So I challenged Adam and Justin to get me drunk for forty dollars.

We set out last Friday night to a bar called Liquid Kitty in Santa Monica. Adam and Justin didn’t play fair because the first shot was Bacardi 151… that’s just wrong! I was pretty much wrecked but not drunk from there. I got to chase it with a Long Island Iced Tea. So you can say I was done. So yes, you can drink for under $40.

You can pretty much go to any dive bar in LA and do your thang. I really recommend Liquid Kitty because they have some great deals. You can have PBR with pretty much any shot for around $5. Yes PBR isn’t the best but it will efff you up!

Thanks to Adam and Justin for doing this challenge. More kudos to Adam for being the DD. Don’t forget to be smart guys and drink safe, so have a DD! Have a good holiday!

My girlfriend, family, friends, my health and that a I have a job in this not so great economy.

A special note to my coworkers: I am thankful for you all and I had great time spending time talking at yesterday’s Thanksgiving Potluck. Let’s rock the Casba!

We have released a new product and that is why my blog has been dormant. For the past three weeks I have been working 60-70 hour weeks. Cry more right? I am just glad things have settled down a bit that I took it easy this past weekend.

Friday night Adam cooked us his famous spaghetti and meatballs. Had great conversation along with some great wine. Ended the night playing some Rockband 2. We are actually going to try to beat the game in a timely manner not like the first one.

Saturday, Carrie and I ran errands and picked up some things for the apartment. Had dinner at a Chinese restaurant then watched Role Models. It was filled with a lot of one lines by Sean William Scott. It wasn’t the best movie but it was hilarious and entertaining.

Yesterday Carrie and I went to our first MLS game which happened to be the MLS Cup. We went with Adam and Justin, the tickets were courtesy of John. Thanks John! We were cheering for the New York Red Bulls but unfortunately they lost to Columbus. It was interesting and it made me want to play soccer with the guys after work. MAYBE.

The holiday is coming up. Looking forward to family, eating and friends! I have more time to rant now so keep an eye out for some fresh posts…or something. Whoda OUT!

It was nice not to program this weekend and be away from a computer. Gotta love Vegas Trips with people you love. Oh, I think I am over clubbing in Vegas. Too many douchebags there.

This week looks like it’s going to suck. Sorry I won’t be blogging as much but when I get back into the swing of things I am going to open my blog up.

Tonight a group of us went to Hollywood Horror at Universal Studios. The Slaughter House show was terribad. I mean REALLY BAD. So bad I would rather have stabbed myself with a rusty screw driver. The sad thing is that wasn’t the worse part of the night.

Liz, Adam, Carrie and I went on the Hollywood Backlot Tour and one of the characters lifted up a baby doll type thing squeezed it and the “pee” shot in my mouth. I wasn’t scared but I was rather pissed! We then went over to the Nightmare on Elm Street Maze which was pretty cool. We got frightened but again a frigging character had a baby doll type thing squirted it over to us got me in the eye this time then got Adam in the eye. It was pretty comical.

Even though I got pissed on twice it was still entertaining. Who would have thought?!

I am going to need a new liver after this weekend. Mine is going to jump out of my body and leave me because I have been mistreating it. Not only that I haven’t slept earlier than 4am the past two days and tonight might be the same. But hey, work hard and play harder right?

Why am I complaining?

BTW: last night’s party was uber fun. Carrie and I have a new roommate. We’re going to make Justin pay rent. LOL.

I cannot get enough of FailBlog. I am just happy I was an awesome best man (and yes, modest as well) for Stuart. Not like this guy.

I think I am decent when it comes to MMORPGs. So I signed up to be a beta tester for Hello Kitty Online. I thought it would be funny to try it out along with my other friends to check it out. So far it has been terrible.

It started off bad when the downloader kept crashing so I pulled the torrent for it and downloaded it through torrent. Finally signed on and I had lame quests. I mean the previews looked pretty cool. I could farm my own stuff like Rune Factory but my first couple of quests were dull. One of them was to remind two other NPC (Non Player Characters) to return books to someone else. WTF MATE?!??

Maybe I was expecting too much.

I think I am going to pick up Call of Duty and play with my buddy from our SF office. Or maybe even get sucked into Warhammer Online since Andy and Mel are playing it but they are playing on The Order side. The Order like frigging lame. Destruction looks way much cooler.

Eh, fark it. I think I might just stick to my plan of being outdoors and hanging out with real people more. /shrug
